Past Life Regression?By Dawn Aulet/February 9, 2012 ..."A couple weeks ago, I headed out to the to hear Linda Herrick speak on Past Life Regression. I met Herrick a number of years ago when I did a story on Reiki. Herrick is a Reiki Master/Teacher as well as having a lot of other healing modalities she pulls out of her toolbox. I have since undergone and done a story on her past life regression. And, I must have been more of a skeptic than I thought because she referenced my skepticism in her presentation, even as I remained nameless. Since that first story, Herrick and I have become friends and I see her once in a while when I need a Reiki recharge. The Past Life Regression presentation was just for fun, but I did, indeed learn a thing or two. One of Herrick’s talents is making seemingly complex concepts easy. Metz credited speaker Linda Herrick with making that difference. Herrick, who owns her own business, Alternative Soulutions in Plainfield and teaches at Joliet Junior College, spoke about our bodies' hidden language. Herrick is a Reiki master-teacher and told attendees that energy can get trapped in our bodies and cause issues. "What we're designed to do is experience things," she said.
